		<description>Prescient!  Torres's speed was the difference against Mertesacker and Metzelder.  Ballack did play, though... well, sort of, his name was on the teamsheet anyway.. We expected him to pop up for the leveler on any given set piece, but it never materialized.

And I _did_ see the USL match and heard that comment.  What can you say, announcers trying to create relevance by making an absurd comparison? Did the comment do more harm than good? eh.</description>
