Celebrity Blogship Has Its Champion
Though our very own Lukey the Czech seemed to have his filthy, immigrant mitts all over the title, it was ripped from him at the death by the “Red Rockets.” And so, the first ever Soccernista Celebrity Blogship title goes to a team named for a dog’s penis. Fitting, no?
As promised, the manager of the Rockets will get full run of this site for a day. Yes, this prize has lost considerable value of late (assuming it ever had any value to begin with). But wait - might there be some stirring in the Soccernista bushes? Stay tuned, my nine remaining readers…
It was a distant 3rd place for me but felt good nonetheless, that is until I realized I actually came in almost 34,000th overall…doh!

Ahh…so that’s who nicked my 3rd place spot on the last day!
Well, as they say, 4th place is still better than being a Proper Fisherman.

I had a mild coronary when I saw this. As I’m now typing, I realize I’m almost three weeks late to the party. I feel like the abused wife that tries to convince everyone that her husband is actually a decent, loving soccer blogger. Apologies for the worst analogy of all time.
